A tire's load and speed rating indicates what load a tire can carry at the rated speed.
The load and speed rating of the tire will be somewhere on the sidewall of the tire. It will be in the format of 82H, etc. The numbers are the load rating and the letter is the speed rating.
For example, if your tire has a rating of 82H, look up 82 in the the table (475kg) and look up H in the table (210km/h). Thus the tire can carry a load of 475kg at a max speed of 210km/h. And for 4 tires (your whole vehicle) it will be 475kg x 4 = 1900kg at a max speed of 210km/h.
