First step is to get your Tire Size right. You can click here for a basic description with a photo.

Car Tires will be marked this way: 205/65-15.

4x4 Tires will normally be marked this way: 235/75-15
Note that some 4x4 Tires will be marked like this: 31/10.5-15

Van Tires will normally be marked this way: 185R14
Note that some Van Tires will have a two digit profile number in place of the 'R'.
For Van Tires, also make sure that the tires have matching ply ratings. Their will be a marking '8PR', '6PR',etc. PR stands for ply rating.

Once you have the correct size of you tire, you must determine the tread pattern. Click here for descriptions of the different tread patterns. Never mix Normal, Directional and/or Asymmetrical Tires.
Although Directional and Asymmetrical Tires are not the common option for 4x4 or Van Tires, they are available.
Their is also the factors of load and speed ratings. As this is only a general description, please contact one the dealers listed if in any doubt. Or request a quote or more information from one of the dealers, their is a text box were you can list your comments or questions.

And finally, it always recommended to buy at least 2 tires at a time.
